The Irish rate of AI adoption is similar to the Irish per capita GDP: just because a Silicon Valley giant has an office there for tax purposes that represents their EU operations, it doesn't mean much for the average Mick.
Based on those numbers, Ireland would be some ginger Wakanda where everyone drives a Tesla and has Google Glass on their head. In reality, it's more like East Anglia.
