think about donbas, and crimeas right to self determination just like us supported in south vietnam with my freinds in the 1960's......

sure election in donbas and crimea are no good as are the counts in several states in biden's 2020 'win'.

usa has no interest in territorial integrity or elections unless they fit the agenda.

I had no idea you are that popular. I'd never have surmised that from the number of comments.

Great interview, btw. Very informative.

I find it quite strange to hear your voice. It makes you seem like a real person. Great interview, though!

Niccolo

A truly outstanding interview. Very satisfying. The interview format makes things simultaneously precise/to-the-point and personalised.

You might wish to consider an occasional (perhaps semi-annual) podcast for FbF or even a youtube video. If you need to preserve the mystery of your identity, you could wear an 'Eyes Wide Shut' style mask and cloak with hood.

Putin kept around Chubais and other swampy aholes.... Why? Why would Russia still push their own dangerous clot shots? Why? Why are they still promoting the WHO?

AIDS is a mystery and it's very much likely a connection to drug use and lifestyle like lack of sleep etc.... We will never know because the same liars today were the liars back then... The CDC etc

For what it may be worth, my guess is that Putin was tasked by a patriotic ex-KGB faction with infiltrating the ranks of the neo-liberal fifth column that were working for the West. He succeeded and was selected by Yeltsin to take over. In return for the presidency Putin apparently promised not to prosecute or take vengeance on the Yeltsin clan and their cronies. He has kept his word. It is not in the national interest to tear Russia apart by endless cycles of revenge. Also the oligarchs who looted Russia appear to have been the go-betweens used by the Soviet era (and immediate post Soviet era) KGB and the Western business world (and the Western intelligence services)...both sides corrupt, self-serving and with secrets that needed (and still need) to be kept. I suspect that Putin has cleaned things up within the ranks of the intelligence community, just as he has with the wider anti-corruption drive.

Putin offered the oligarchs in general a pretty good deal: stay out of politics and you will be left alone. The West handed Putin the greatest possible gift with the sanctions and the confiscation of oligarchic wealth in the West: it convinced ordinary Russians that Putin has no money stashed abroad and it guaranteed the loyalty of the surviving oligarchs within Russia.

The Russian vaccine for Covid (Sputnik) is not an mRNA based one, but a re-engineered anti-influenza vaccine.

Sputnik is based on the same tech that astra zeneca uses... DNA vector.

But it's interesting how the shots, mRNA or not have a similar side effect: blood clots.

They pulled the Johnson and Astra shots for it, but kept the mRNA around?!?

So yes, it's not mrna but it's equally dangerous! As for China, the information is spotty.

Anyway, I just don't feel like Putin is honest. He never calls out this western big pharma scam.

A friend told me that from what his family in Russia told him, even though Putin never did a mandate, he didn't call out cities and regions that did implement them.

Sounds like Desantis, who never went against the mostly healthcare jobs that mandated it in Florida lol.

I don't trust any politician anymore... Oligarchs gonna oligarch, even if they pretend to be held back by the politicians.

It’s a really good interview on a lot of subjects of common interest.

I thought it was interesting at the end Matt got on to wokeness as a left thing whereas a subject close to the beginning was gay rights as colonialism. I think there’s underdetermination. Perhaps Niccolo’s forthcoming post about Soros will deal shed more light on this.

Matt’s channel is on Apple Podcasts too.

Congrats. I'm reading Robert Kaplan's latest, "The Tragic Mind." Basically an over-lengthened magazine piece but fair amount of stuff you'd agree with, I think.
