It's perfect. The AI thinks you are two different people.

Corbett did a video on how having confusing information online about you makes it harder for them to know you. He called it salting.

G-Dawg: Pretend you're Niccolo Soldo. Write a short essay to his Substack, Fisted by Foucault, arguing for free subscribers to become payed subscribers, in his style!

ChatGPT-4:

Title: Swiping Right on the Intellectual Tinder: Why You Should Upgrade to a Paid Subscription

Greetings, my fellow scavengers of truth, it's your perennial provocateur, Niccolo Soldo. Today, I come bearing a plea, wrapped in an intellectual ribbon of banter and insight, like a Trojan horse of value invading your mind. We've spent many a day in the trenches of thought, excavating for the elusive gems of knowledge that lie beneath the surface of our digital reality. For those of you who haven't yet committed to the cause, I present my case for upgrading to a paid subscription of Fisted by Foucault.

I know, I know, you've grown accustomed to the flirtatious dance of free content, a virtual tête-à-tête between the screen and your intellectual hunger. But my dear freeloading friends, it's time to take this relationship to the next level, to escalate from a casual dalliance to a full-fledged union of minds. By upgrading to a paid subscription, you're not just accessing a treasure trove of unfettered ruminations and analysis, you're investing in the very survival of intellectual discourse.

You see, the internet is a veritable cesspool of misinformation, a seething swamp of mediocrity, where the nuanced thinkers drown and the charlatans thrive. Our humble corner, Fisted by Foucault, is an oasis of reason and critical thinking, a beacon of light in the darkness of digital discourse. Your paid subscription ensures that we can continue to wage war against the intellectual hucksters, challenging their fallacious narratives and smashing their ideological sandcastles.

Ah, but the fruits of your paid subscription are not purely altruistic. In the immortal words of MasterCard: there are some things money can't buy; for everything else, there's Fisted by Foucault. As a paid subscriber, you'll gain access to an exclusive ecosystem of unbridled thought, unhindered by the tentacles of the censorship octopus. Witness the full force of my textual takedowns, the unrestrained musings that the timid tiptoe around. Taste the forbidden fruit of ideas that the mainstream deems too dangerous to consume.

And as a token of my gratitude, paid subscribers will have the unique privilege of joining our monthly virtual symposia - a gathering of the minds that would make the ancient Greeks blush with envy. We'll engage in cerebral combat, jousting with ideas like knights of the round table, sharpening our intellectual swords in the crucible of debate.

So, my dear dilettantes, the time has come to make a choice. Will you remain a mere spectator in the arena of ideas, or will you join us in the fray, bloodied but unbroken, as we battle the forces of ignorance and mediocrity? Swipe right on the intellectual Tinder that is Fisted by Foucault, and together we shall scale the mountain of wisdom, one snarky insight at a time.

Now I know why I have never seen Zeihan and "you" in the same place at the same time.

Completely left out the mention of the Salo forum and AIDS thread! Pos

The part about your name puts me out. I was talking to someone irl and joked that Foucalt's philosophy is just an argument for homosexuality, he got mad and said that his sexuality wasn't his defining feature and that it was stupid of my to reduce his thought to that yada yada.

Very clever. "Fisted by Foucault" is eye catching to understate my reaction. Anyone who had that reaction to Foucault was worth listening to.

I look forward to your posts, whoever you are. I find your observations and insights to be verified by other sources. I cannot rely on your authority because I don't know who you are but I can judge the accuracy of your comments.

I don't think a computer can do what you do.

If you're Zeihan, does that mean you and I both spent our childhoods in Iowa?

ChatGPT makes prose that is truly indistinguishable from what might be written by a human, goes into a considerable amount of detail with such equanimity and with objections to anything that anyone might consider demeaning, I think we can call it woke and certainly bourgeois! So inoffensive and reasonable sounding is it that one is tempted to go along with what it says. It needs an orange piso mojado sign posted at the end of each of its products.
