Alright, let's hear it.

Edit: I have figured out how to re-order the sections at the top of the homepage and have done so.

Unfortunately, these changes bring little to the general conversion rate: few people check the front page, or care about archives and tags.

On the upside, a well kept garden is a great magnet to get paid subscribers, as they feel the care.

Having links to previous posts is still the best, in my experience.

If tags increase your visibility in the Substack universe, that's a different matter (didn't see it in the announcement)

Looks all good, if anything very ambitious.

I have guest on --> I had been a guest on...

Interesting. I pretty much only access Substack content through their app on my phone (typing this comment that way too). I’m not sure any of that organization is visible here though it’s good to be reminded to glance at Substack on my desktop (or tablet) occasionally.

Once the information is written and made available, "all" that remains is enabling others to access it. I look forward to enjoying the fruits of your cataloging/indexing/ordering efforts. I honestly had no idea there was so much! (the Andreessen interview, along with several other examples, have caught my eye; so, we've both got what to do)

I’ve subscribed to too many Substacks to remember what they all are (just ask VISA), but this is consistently the most interesting of all.

Took a look at the Darren Beattie interview and laughed at the Pauly Shore Crocodile Hunter link. I wonder how that ended...

It reminded me of this proud moment in Polish-American history. All you really need to know is that “koorva” means “fuck” but I can translate the rest upon request.

Like the idea. The "Random Essays" seems split right now between personal ones (e.g. the construction observers) and ones analyzing other countries, specifically the USA it looks like. Maybe put the latter in Geopolitics?

Also a few years ago I was in Denver and saw some paintings by R. Brownell McGrew. Became an immediate fan, but not sure his spectacular color usage translates through pixels. https://www.artnet.com/artists/r-brownell-mcgrew/

It’s been said that the need to categorize is a sign of genius.

On the other hand, Pirsig, in his book “Lila”, had a different take on classification / categorization - sort of a you can’t get there from here thing.

Not like Zeno’s arrow; more like Derrida deconstructing the order of things, or a little like Schrödinger’s cat.

GREAT feature. While Substack should still improve its search feature, perhaps to allow you to search within a single author or page, this is something I've wanted for ages

Perhaps I can bully my mutuals into more media appearances

Niccolo on Jesse Watters (he follows me but no interaction yet) addressing the Fox News Boomercons?

I'm glad to see this has been implemented as trying to go back through the archive was a massive pain previously.

💬 revisit the subject matter in order to create the best and most relevant tags

Looks like a tedious task at first glance—but it's not without merit. No doubt your fresh eye will invite fresh reflections, to the benefit of us all 🙂

I've been quite busy over the last few weeks and didn't manage to stay up to date with this Substack (which I read religiously). One of the things I look forward to this weekend is catching up on FbF reading, specifically the colour revolution series. The fact that this is now neatly organized will make it easier to access and is giving me an extra buzz of excitement for some reason.

Also looking forward to the book club, although the subject matter is completely out of my comfort zone, but this is what I subscribe to this great Substack for! Keep up the great work.

Thank you for your site's reorganization efforts, Nick! As a detail-oriented, former Database Analyst / Designer / Programmer / Administrator -- not to mention control freak -- I appreciate the effort that goes into the large-scale task of trying to best define and organize various complex, multi-faceted taxonomies.

I am most recently interested in & fascinated by your COLOUR REVOLUTIONS series. Having previously been ignorant of, and increasingly & frequently read references to, the numerous U.S. Deep State's historical interference in, and overthrowing of, foreign governments --I respectfully ask for & request the following (since it is beyond my available time & capabilities), should you agree and be so inclined:

WOULD YOU PLEASE CONSIDER researching & writing about something that many U.S. conservatives (such as myself) now fully believe in the wake of the obviously stolen 2020 Presidential Election -- not to mention the likely numerous prior Presidential Primary & General Elections (most glaringly In 2020, obviously, stolen from President Trump -- in broad daylight, no less). To wit:

THE SOFT COUP COLOUR REVOLUTION THAT OCCURRED HERE in the U.S.A. AGAINST DONALD J. TRUMP (2015-2020) by the very same U.S. Deep State, MDM-MSM, and Big Tech Companies USING THOSE VERY SAME COLOUR REVOLUTION TACTICS & METHODS (from mainstream media disinformation, to Big Tech censorship, to the "convenient" BLMAntifa rioting and Wuhan Flu hysteria that provided the pretext to massive mail-in ballot harvesting & fraud -- with Dominion Voting Systems machines likely switching millions of Trump votes to Biden, further evidenced by their refusal to provide open source code and data)..

[Maybe call it the "Black Revolution" since the zeitgeist of the time was, and is, essentially "Kill Whitey"?) ]

It obviously began in 2015 with the outsider Trump's descent down the escalator, after which the FBI immediately "falsely swore" and lied to FISA Court judges enabling them to spy on Trump's campaign, and appeared to end with the installation of the Biden Junta via obvious election fraud in 2020: from Unconstitutional election law changes in the battleground states (done via judicial or Governor fiat instead of via legislatures); to Fox "News" calling Arizona early for Biden; to the cessation of vote counting in the middle of the night in the battleground states (after which YUGE leads by Trump had been reversed); to the Supreme Court's refusal to hear the lawsuit by Texas and 19 other States because "U.S. States have NO STANDING" RUFKM? That was the PRIMARY SCENARIO for the creation of a Supreme Court -- to settle disputes between States). And to think that three of those SCOTUS "Justices" owed their appointments to Trump as they subsequently stabbed him in the back.

"Unexpectedly", the persecution of Trump and his family continues to this day with the Marxists' intent to prosecute and imprison him for made-up crimes in no less than four different jurisdictions. If we could fix election fraud (appears to be unlikely), I could see Trump winning in 2024 while being imprisoned -- kind of our own Mandela.
