I’ve been on the road this week and it’s incredibly hot here. This weather is not at all conducive for writing.
Let me take this time out to thank everyone that has signed up/subscribed to my Substack. It has become much more successful than I thought it would be and it keeps growing. In order to give you more value, I’d like to ask you your views on what else you would like to see here besides the weekly review and interviews. I am trying to figure out how best to do book reviews after stalling with the second one (which I will return to).
So without any further ado: what else would you like to see me produce here?
The interviews and the weekly article summaries are VERY GOOD. That is a lot to do consistently. Don't feel like you must do a lot more. Work at a pace you can maintain for several years. If you do feel the need to do more, the occasional long-form book review or review-essay would be good. The photos of Dubrovnik are also nice, and a few more photos per post would be OK. The occasional post based around photos would be nice.
